Old battery exchange
Customers expect a credit for the old battery. The system records each returned battery and its exchange value separately from the sale, so the discount is visible and the returned stock is counted. Where scrap sale or disposal is arranged with a licensed collector, the quantities and dates are logged for your own records.
Stock that makes sense for batteries
Each product carries brand, type, voltage, capacity and warranty period, so the search works the way customers ask: "12 volt, 65 amp-hour, for this car". Reorder suggestions use minimum stock and sales movement. Old stock matters because batteries age on the shelf, so the system shows how long each unit has been in store.
