UAE VAT Accounting — FTA-Ready Accounting with E-Invoicing, Corporate Tax & WPS Payroll

UAE VAT Accounting is a complete double-entry accounting system designed around how UAE companies are taxed and audited — not a generic package with a VAT field added. Every sale, purchase, payment and payroll run posts to one ledger, so your VAT return, profit and loss and balance sheet always agree.

VAT and Corporate Tax. VAT returns are prepared automatically, box by box, ready to file with the FTA, and the FTA Audit File (FAF) can be exported on request. Corporate tax is calculated at 9% including small business relief.

UAE E-Invoicing ready. Invoices and credit notes are generated in the PINT AE structured format and sent through your Accredited Service Provider. Incoming e-invoices are received from your provider or by XML upload, checked automatically, matched to the supplier and converted into a draft bill in one click.

Sales and Purchases. Quotations, tax invoices, recurring invoices, credit notes and automatic bilingual payment reminders. Supplier bills, expenses and supplier credits, with multi-currency and period-end currency revaluation.

Cash and Bank. Post-dated cheques tracked from receipt to deposit, clearing or return. Bank reconciliation with CSV, MT940 and camt.053 statement import and auto-match rules. Cash flow statement.

Finance. Fixed assets with depreciation, budgets, cost centres and projects, opening balances wizard for moving from another system, and a year-end closing workflow with a pre-close checklist and a complete auditor’s pack.

Payroll. WPS payroll with the SIF salary file, payslips and end-of-service gratuity.

Administration. Users and roles, period locks, audit log and backups. Works on desktop and mobile, in English and Arabic.
