UAE Construction ERP — Contracting ERP with BOQ, Payment Applications, Retention, Variations & Subcontracts

UAE Construction ERP is built for how UAE contractors actually get paid and control cost: against an approved BOQ, through monthly payment applications, with retention, advances and variations tracked to the fils.

Projects and budgets. Projects broken down by WBS and cost code, approved client BOQ and budgets, with budget control that counts subcontract commitments and certified work.

Payment applications (IPCs). Valued cumulatively from every BOQ item and agreed variation, with materials on site, retention capped at the contract percentage, advance recovery, and the previous certificate deducted. Prepared by one person and approved by another, then certified — the client’s quantities replace the applied ones and a tax invoice is issued for the period’s net with VAT.

Advances and retention. Advance payment invoices up to the contract percentage, and retention release invoices that can never exceed what is held.

Variations. Variation orders with instruction references, value and time impact, decision tracking and invoicing.

Subcontracts. Subcontracts priced against WBS and cost code and checked against the budget, with approval thresholds. Subcontractor certificates — interim, advance and retention release — with retention, advance recovery and back charges, posted to payables with input VAT.

Commercial overview. Each project’s revised contract sum, certified to date, retention held, advance still to recover, variations pending and invoiced to date, plus a commercial page across all projects.

HR, payroll and accounting. Built on our proven Workforce OS and UAE VAT Accounting engines: employees, attendance, payroll and WPS, and double-entry accounting with VAT, aged payables and the VAT return including subcontractor certificates.
