From enquiry to confirmed booking

- Tentative hold: a date can be held for a limited time. When the hold expires, the date is released, not forgotten.
- Token and confirmation: the token payment confirms the booking, and the receipt is issued from the system with a running balance.

Event day and close-out
Checklists for setup, catering, decoration and security are attached to the booking. After the event, the close-out records extra hours, utilities, additional services and any approved damage charges, and produces the final invoice with the token and advances already deducted. Cancellations follow the policy you set, whether that is a refund percentage by notice period or a fixed retention. Expenses for the event, such as labour and consumables, are booked against it, so profit per event is a number, not an opinion.
